Due to the high versatility of fiberglass, it is often chosen as an alternative in the most challenging applications. As a result, it is not a surprise that fiberglass is rapidly replacing traditional materials such as steel, aluminum and other metal-based as well as timber and thermoplastic cross-sectional products in many applications.
Pultrusion Technique has been pultruding a variety of fiberglass profiles since 1982, with an expertise in manufacturing products with ultra-high mechanical properties and environmental resistance.
Rather than the custom section that matches the need of our clients, our quality control assurance program ensures products with superior dimensional stability and consistent strength.
We offer options for the laminating resin that binds the composite together such as polyester and vinylester, and we use unique techniques and in-house developed recipes to improve the final product in terms of surface appearance, and also mechanical, chemical, and weather resistance. Manufacturing of all custom profiles can benefit from a variety of substances such as pigments to impart color and accelerators to cure the laminating resin.

Composites have a low coefficient of expansion, low thermal conductivity and require little maintenance. They are lightweight, long-lasting and offer high resistance to corrosion and weatherability. Their dimensional stability, flexural, dielectric and tensile strengths, and high strength-to-weight ratio make them better than aluminum, vinyl, wood or steel.
Quality and process
Our manufacturing processes are among the best. We use high quality reinforcing fibers, structural adhesives and resins, which make polymerization highly effective and ecologically aware, and meet the most demanding chemical, flame retardant, electrical and environmental conditions.
Our products are well known for their quality and reliability. As an example, 70% to 75% of the weight of the bars is high quality fiberglass roving.
